9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreshBeautyTech OU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, data, or use
• Travel disruptions or cancellations
• Booking errors or miscommunications
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages arising from use of third-party services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FreshBeautyTech OU from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination
